Mark Enger, vice president and chief operating officer, Care Delivery (Health Plan), handed out Service Champion awards at the end of the meeting. Ten providers and staff who consistently use the Four Habits and other Service Excellence tactics took home the awards. “Dental is really distinguishing itself in the region and at the Program level,” Mark said.

Ashiaha (Pronounced "A shy A") Lynn born at 6:30 am on a sunny Monday in June (6/29/09). 

7lbs 5oz at birth now 3 months old
